We've Evolved!
We are so excited to announce we have received the first cannabis manufacturing license issued by the state of Vermont! We have also moved! We were so fortunate to find a commercial kitchen space in beautiful downtown Middlebury and are enjoying operating out of there.
With all these amazing changes, we are sad to announce our halt in production of regular baked goods at this time. As we embark on an edibles line, we are not allowed to produce regular goods in the same kitchen space as originally planned. Therefore, Fog Valley Farm can no longer accept custom orders or attend the Shelburne Farmer's Market. We have enjoyed the best summer selling at the market and getting to know our many regular customers. We will miss you dearly.
Life changes and we must roll with it. We are eager about our future in the cannabis industry and will continue to share our journey on Facebook and Instagram.
Please note: We are adding an age-gate to our pages as we do not support underage folks interacting with cannabis.
Vermont Based
We are a new Vermont-based cannabis edibles company. We strive to use as many locally sourced ingredients as possible, including cannabis flower from local craft growers. We make edibles that will make Vermonters proud. Our goal is to create a treat that could come straight from your grandma's kitchen, but with a little something extra.
Our Products
Being new to the industry, we are initially focused on producing a small selection of custom edibles.
We entered the adult use market with a selection of Take and Bake (TM) products. This line consists of a variety of cookie doughs that can be baked in the comfort of your home. We are also excited to announce the release of BAKED ready to eat cookies coming to a retailer near you Summer 2023!
We want our consumers to not only enjoy the high of our edibles, but also the eating experience. Too often edibles taste strongly of cannabis and are so potent you can only nibble off the corner before you've maxed out your THC limit. With our line of edibles, we keep the potency low per serving (5mg) so new users can take it slow while still enjoying a cookie. We keep serving sizes small so regular users can consume multiple servings without feeling as though they've overindulged on dessert.
