Fog Valley Farm was founded by Martha, a Vermont native with deep roots in baking and a love for crafting good food from simple ingredients. Inspired by her great-grandmother Helen, who learned to cook and bake with what she had during the Great Depression. Martha carried forward the tradition of creating food that brings people together.
When Vermont legalized cannabis, Martha and her mother began experimenting in the kitchen, blending their passion for baking with the plant’s potential to comfort and connect. What began as curiosity quickly grew into something much bigger: Fog Valley Farm, a place where heritage recipes meet modern cannabis craftsmanship.
Today, I’m honored to continue the journey that Martha started. My own love for cooking comes from time spent in the kitchen with the women in my life, sharing stories, laughter, and connection through food. At Fog Valley, I’m excited to carry that same spirit forward: creating delicious, approachable edibles that bring people together. Because good food—and good cannabis—are meant to be shared.
